The game management course of Paimio (23 study weeks) is a national specialisation course concentrating on game management and hunting. Training coaches the attendants for the specialist vocational degree of game master. The degree is obtained via a skills demonstration test. The objective is to enable the students to work in different positions within game management and hunting and within work tasks of versatile usage within agricultural and forestry fields.

The primary prerequisite for this training is a degree in agriculture or forest economy. However, students with basic education within some other field are admitted if they have experience in hunting, game management, organisations linked to this field or nature in general.
